We have great news! We were able to secure 2 teams for the 2017 IWLCA President’s Cup in Florida on November 17-19, 2017. The President’s Cup is the largest and most attended collegiate recruiting tournament in the country. The event is tied in with the annual collegiate coaches association convention, meaning that nearly every college and university in the country will be represented with many actively recruiting players from the event. The tournament sold out in just 4 minutes this year.
There are some changes this year to the housing requirement for teams. All teams are REQUIRED to stay at Disney Hotels. What this means is that we are only able to compete in the event if we fill/purchase all of these rooms for a minimum of 2 nights; therefore, we need to make staying at one of these hotels in our block a mandatory component of playing on the team. It is ok if you wish to split a room with another family. We were able to secure rooms at two different properties to give you more choices (please note the difference in cost and parking fees etc).
In order to reserve a room from one of our blocks you do so through us. Here’s how:
1. Send us an email to let us know where you’d like a room.
2. Send payment to Cyclones for the hotel room by August 1st.
3. Provide us with the names of those staying in your hotel room so we can add to the rooming list by August 1st.

Your spot is NOT confirmed until you pay $100 and confirm housing plans. Remaining balances and hotel fee is due by August 1st. Deposits will be accepted until the teams are full.
